  • Polycarbonate: Widely used in aerospace, medical, and other applications offering accuracy, durability and stability, creating parts that are strong and withstand functional testing.
  • Nylon 12: Primarily used when repetitive snap fits, high fatigue resistance, strong chemical resistance and press fit inserts are required
  • Ultem 9085: This high temperature material is ideal for parts requiring high strength-to-weight ratio; its flame, smoke, and toxicity rating is great for applications requiring thermal and chemical resistance.
